If a register comes dead, we will replace the cash register with a new one upon receipt of the damaged merchandise.

If your order comes damaged due to shipping, you will need to file a claim with courier company and notify The Cash Register Shop. We will then send you a new cash register upon receipt of the claim. Damaged merchandise is subject to our return policy and is not a means to cancel a purchase. The 20% restocking fee will be charged if the order is canceled due to Damaged goods

Goods will not be covered by warranty if found to be damaged by power surges, rodent or cockroach infestation, misuse of the machine or willful damage.

Limited Warranty and Disclaimer

The Cash Register Shop warrants the goods sold, if properly installed, maintained, and operated under normal conditions with competent supervision, to be free from any defects in material, operation, and workmanship.

The obligations of The Cash Register Shop  shall be limited to the replacement or repair of any goods which are returned to The Cash Register Shop, transportation charges prepaid by the customer.,

Notwithstanding any of the foregoing, we shall have no obligation hereunder in the event the goods become defective in whole or in part as a result of improper installation, maintenance, or repairs not made by The Cash Register Shop , unauthorized modifications, or as a result of removal, improper use, abnormal operation by the buyer, or any other misuse or mistreatment of the goods.

The Cash Register Shop will only ship a replacement cash register to you if your cash register is dead on arrival. All other cash register warranties will be honored by The Cash Register Shop  upon the receipt of the equipment by us within the manufacturer warranty period. Cash registers can only be returned for refund according to our return policy and manufacturer defects in the product does not allow you to return the register outside of the 7 day return policy. This also does not waive the 20% restock fee. The warranty is in place to cover any problems with the equipment.
